Automate Your AIRES Files Uploads with PowerShell
CUCollaborate has built a comprehensive suite of products designed to address the unique challenges faced by credit unions. Many of these challenges can only be effectively addressed when CUCollaborate has access to the necessary data. For this reason, CUCollaborate recommends uploading your AIRES Files on a weekly basis to maximize the accuracy of analysis.
To make secure data sharing easier than ever, CUCollaborate has developed the "AIRES PowerShell Automation Script," which eliminates the need for manual uploads and fully automates the AIRES file-sharing workflow. This script not only streamlines the process but adds an additional layer of encryption for sensitive data, ensuring robust data security. Our commitment to transparency means you can trust how your data is handled every step of the way.
Below is a high-level overview of how to get started.
In the navigation panel, find 'My CU Data' and click “Upload.”

Clicking 'Upload' directs to an informative page outlining different approaches for file uploads. Within the “Automated (PowerShell) option, click “Upload Data.”

Users are then redirected to the PowerShell Self-Service page.
When users visit the PowerShell Self-Service page for the first time, they will see a 'Welcome Page' that includes an optional step for providing an 'IP Address'. Here, users can provide a list of IP addresses that are permitted to share files with CUCollaborate. If no IP addresses are provided, all IP addresses will be allowed by default.

The page contains three blocks:
First block: the 'Instruction' block, where users can find all the necessary information and steps for adopting the PowerShell script.

Second block: the 'PowerShell Script' block, where users will find two buttons:
Regenerate – Clicking this button regenerates the script and resets the dedicated storage container.
Copy – Clicking this button copies the script to the clipboard.

Third block: Instruction for the PowerShell Decryption Script — Provides users with guidance on how to adopt and use the Decryption Script.

Fourth block: PowerShell Decryption Script — This section contains the Decryption Script, which enables decryption of AIRES files, specifically sensitive data such as Social Security Numbers and Account Numbers that were previously uploaded using the PowerShell script.
