User Guide: Client Ideas Portal on Aha!

This guide will help you navigate the portal to submit and track your innovative ideas, which are invaluable to us. Your suggestions help us improve and better meet your needs.

Accessing the Portal

Log In:

• Use this link to navigate to the portal.
• Log in using your credentials. If you do not have an account, you can create one by clicking on 'Sign Up.'

Navigating the Dashboard:

• Once logged in, you will see the dashboard. This is your home base for submitting ideas, viewing the status of submitted ideas, and seeing what others have proposed.

Submitting an Idea

Access the Idea Submission Form:

• Click on the “Submit New Idea” button on the dashboard.
• Choose the Relevant Product:
• Before detailing your idea, select the product to which your idea pertains. This helps in routing your suggestion to the appropriate product team for review. (If you do not know, please select "General Post Login Pages")

Fill Out the Form:

• Provide a clear and concise title for your idea.
• Describe your idea in detail in the provided space.
• Attach any relevant files or images that support your idea.

Submit Your Idea:

• Once you have filled out the form, click “Submit.” Your idea will be sent to our product team for review.

Tracking Your Idea

View Submitted Ideas:

• Go to the “My Ideas” section to view all the ideas you have submitted.
• Next to each idea, you’ll see its current status (e.g., Under Review, In Progress, Implemented, etc.). This will help you track the progress of your idea through our review process.

Engaging with Other Ideas

View Community Ideas:

• Browse ideas submitted by other clients in the “Community Ideas” section.

Vote and Comment:

• Vote on ideas you support or find interesting.
• Leave comments to provide feedback or suggest improvements.
